Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cool Kids Emporium. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care items


Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time to reflect.

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays are common.
